Greg Burns

Mr. Burns is the Director of Mergers and Acquisitions for Capital Investment Partners, a Western Australian headquartered investment bank. Greg was the previous Managing Director of Xenolith, subsequently Coalspur Mines Ltd. which was taken over by Cline Group in 2015. He was also a director of White Canyon Uranium before the company was taken over by Denison Mines in 2010.

Mr. Burns has held senior operational roles with Goldstream Mining, Adamus Resources Limited and Platinum Australia Limited. Mr. Burns has over 22 years of corporate and technical experience in mineral exploration and has held executive board positions with several prominent exploration and mining companies in Canada & Australia.
Ken Tollstam

Mr. Tollstam, CPA, CA has spent a number of years at Deloitte Touche where he obtained his CA before going on to hold various Executive Management and Director of Finance positions throughout his career.

Most recently Mr. Tollstam serves as director and chief financial officer of several private and publicly traded companies.
Jerry Huang

Mr. Huang, CPA. MBA., started his career at Tier 1 bank in Canada managing over $120M for HNW clients before joining executive roles at prominent junior mining companies. Junior mining companies he was part of included: TNR Gold (JV with McEwan Mining on large $16B copper project Los Azules) and International Lithium, the first lithium company on TSXV in 2010 which received IPO funding from the largest battery company in China.

He continues to serve in corporate development and investor relations roles with a mining service company and producing miners with combined annual revenues of over $100M.
Von Torres

Mr. Torres brings experience in corporate management services to both private and public companies. Mr. Torres currently sits on the board and acts in a corporate secretarial role of multiple publicly traded companies.
Quinn Field-Dyte

Mr. Field-Dyte has over 10 years of experience in the financial industry, having served from 1996 to 2001 as an investment adviser and later as a consultant to Raytec Development Corp. He currently sits on the board of directors for numerous TSX Venture Exchange-listed companies in the metals and mining industry.
